Heath and Associates Selected by APGA SIF to Review and Enhance SHRIMP

Mr. E. Scott Heath, President and CEO, is proud to announce that Heath and
Associates, Inc. has been awarded a contract from the American Public Gas
Association (APGA) Security and Integrity Foundation (SIF) to conduct a
detailed review and upgrade to the APGA SIF SHRIMP distribution integrity
management tool.  Heath and Associates was the original technical consultant
to SIF when SHRIMP was developed in 2007.

Heath and Associates has assisted many distribution systems with developing
their Distribution Integrity Management Programs and has held workshops to
guide operators in DIMP plan development over the past 15 years.  Heath and
Associates is extremely familiar with using SHRIMP as a tool to create
Distribution Integrity Management Plans.

Heath and Associates has been a leader in the field of pipeline safety and
regulatory compliance for natural gas transmission and distribution systems
since 1970.  Heath and Associates has a long history of assisting operators
with the development of other regulatory compliance programs such as
Operation and Maintenance Plans, Operator Qualification Plans, and Public
Awareness Plans.
