This month our speaker will be Leira Douthat, a recent retiree of S&ME Inc. She will dive deeper into these questions.
Leira Douthat worked in the environmental consulting industry for over 35 years. She developed and managed aquatic toxicology services at S&ME and worked in various roles during her 27 years at the company, including environmental scientist, project manager, client manager, and Area Manager. Leira served in multiple capacities with the National Association of Women in Construction for over 12 years, including two terms as Chapter President. Her leadership roles in the consulting industry and professional organizations allowed her to passionately mentor and empower young professionals.
